Addis Ababa Science and Technology University provides a variety of postgraduate programs at both Master’s and Doctoral (PhD) levels through its five colleges shown below. Each of these colleges runs several departments and programs.

AASTU Student Exam Result
After the graduate written examination for all students, Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) will be responsible for releasing the result. AASTU Entrance Exam result will be uploaded to the official website in PDF file.
All students must have to download the PDF file and check their roll number and name for grade status.
